Welcome to the 12 Week Peak Performance, 2nd Series fitness protocol!
I've enhanced my strength training program to include Zone 5 cardiovascular training. This change provides a comprehensive workout that has scientific data behind it showing the greatest belly fat loss, muscle gain and supportive of brain health!
Includes 3 virtual weekly workouts every week that will be sent out on Sunday for the upcoming week. Classes will be anywhere from 45 - 60 mins and can be broken up in sections to complete according to your schedule.
There are no live workouts and workout links are active for 28 days (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Equipment Recommended for Workouts:
Level 1 - Starting Out
You will need 3lb, 5lb and 10lb dumbbells, a resistance band & a step is recommended but not mandatory
Level 2 - Getting Stronger
As you build strength, you will need 5lb, 8lb and 10lb dumbbells, a resistance band & a step is recommended but not mandatory
Level 3 - Challenge Yourself
At this level, you will challenge yourself even more with 12lb - 25lb dumbbells, a heavy resistance band & a step is recommended but not mandatory
